Customer Service Representative
Job Summary
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) acts as a liaison between the customer, sales team, and production responding to customer inquiries concerning prospective, current, and previous orders. The successful candidate must be a quick learner with a strong attention to detail and possess a willingness to help others. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers by phone, email or in person about printing requirements, job status, estimates, orders, changes, shipping confirmation and complaints.
- Contribute to the success of The Print Source, Inc. with 100% customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate and prepare quotes for the customer.
- Process jobs and orders following customer specifications.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure production goals and shipping dates are met.
- Effectively communicate with co-workers and management.
- Seek out and communicate continuous improvement ideas.
- Practice the 6S method; an industry standard for improving efficiency, designed to help build and maintain a high-quality work environment.
- Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor and cross train.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent and/or one year of recent work-related experience or training.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to write simple correspondence and effectively present information to individuals or small groups including customers, vendors, and employees.
- Good judgement of color, design, and print quality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to work the full shift sitting and/or standing at a desk while using a computer.
- Must be able to lift and or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally heavier loads.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision and the ability to adjust focus.
- This is an on-site position in Wichita, KS
