Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) acts as a liaison between the customer, sales team, and production responding to customer inquiries concerning prospective, current, and previous orders.  The successful candidate must be a quick learner with a strong attention to detail and possess a willingness to help others.  This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers by phone, email or in person about printing requirements, job status, estimates, orders, changes, shipping confirmation and complaints.
  • Contribute to the success of The Print Source, Inc. in meeting or exceeding expectations with 100% customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate and prepare written quotes and proposals.
  • Process orders and coordinate with pre-press on materials and specifications.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure production goals and shipping dates are met.
  • Effectively communicate with co-workers and management.
  • Seek out and communicate continuous improvement ideas.
  • Practice the 6S method; an industry standard for improving efficiency, designed to help build and maintain a high-quality work environment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor and cross train.

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to work the full shift sitting and/or standing at a desk while using a computer.
  • Must be able to lift and or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally heavier loads.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision and the ability to adjust focus.
